brass, beryllium copper, steel and spring steels. We predominantly use presses
with progression tools to optimise production rates and ensure a high
quality product is available consistently. Our plants have in-house tooling facilities, which allows BF CS Ltd to respond in the quickest time possible.
In the past BF CS Ltd has achieved great success in the communication industry solder and crimp tags like products. This range of Small Pressings, also lend itself to U-Nuts, J-Nuts, Turret Nuts, Hose Clamps and Clips and various welded and push-on fixings.
In addition to the smaller ranges BF CS Ltd can offer Large Pressings, these have include Housings, Damper Plates, and Heat Shields, we can competitively offer up to 450mm square.
When small volume sheet products are required BF CS Ltd can offer small batch run or prototype as laser cut, which reduces any tooling outlay.
