When handled correctly consignment stock works well in many manufacturing environments. It is an easy and effective way of releasing cash back into our customers business and reducing tax liability on heavy stock holding, in addition to the obvious advantages at stock taking.
BF Component Solutions Ltd is primarily a stockist and has parts available for our customers at all times. When a customer requires consignment stock we will negotiate with them the stock quantity they require to hold within their shop floor or warehouse. The customer is not liable for this stock until it is used. At the end of each month the customer will advise BF Component Solutions Ltd of their usage on all components, an invoice will be raised and replacement stock will be delivered.
